1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of eg2222 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing eg2222 voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by eg2222 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have not previously had an eg2222 account closed for breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of eg2222 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the platform.
• You will register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

eg2222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

eg2222 supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is legally registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or accounts belonging to another person are prohibited.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

eg2222 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general provisions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your eg2222 account at the time the claim arises. 11. Amendments to These Terms
